Home Inspection Agreement

Please read the home inspections agreement in its entirety and sign below. Your electronic signature will be your acceptance of the home inspection agreement between Home Spectors and you.

The Parties Understand and Voluntarily Agree as Follows

This home inspection is in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensure Board.  This inspection:Is a limited visual inspection of the systems and components of the home and should be read in full before any pertinent decisions are made.  

  • Is limited to the items listed within the pages of the inspection.
  • Is NOT a code inspection.
  • Is NOT guaranteed or warranted as prohibited by law.
  • Does NOT include any environmental hazards such as mold, asbestos, lead paint, etc.
  • We do not inspect heat exchangers in any way and can not be held liable for the condition of any heat exchanger.

Client agrees that any disputes against HomeSpectors must be handled through binding arbitration with Construction Arbitration Service, Inc. and must be made within 90 days from the date of inspection.If any clause is struck down, all others remain.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  Limited to a refund of fees paid to HomeSpectors.
