Having the proper person to do your home repairs is very important. This Charlotte home buyer did not take the real estate agent's advice and failed to have a home inspection when they were buying their new home. We discovered that when he went to sell the home, the vent in the attic was covered with OSB, the home owner later hired someone to repair the vent. After going upstairs to the attic and setting his tools on top of the drywall, they fell through. The repair man would not fix the drywall and stormed off. The house in Monroe, NC needed a repair man, so they asked one of my workers to repair the drywall and the vent.  The job was completed for less than what the first repair man was going to charge for just the vent improvements.

The sump pump drain line was illegally installed to the septic line and the liquids were running down to the sump pump and smelling up the home. The repair man that installed this was from Monroe and came to Mathews to install the sump pump, but would not return the home owners phone call. He then called me to fix the job.
