Charlotte attic falling down

I was doing a home inspection on 8th street. I was doing the attic inspection, the house was very old. The knee wall was bowing and broken in one area. The center beam was cracked and damaged. The roof was bowing in at many areas.  The roof is bow out at the right side of the roof. There were cut rafters, the roof is about to fall down. I think someone could put in a new knee wall in the attic and a new center beam and the roof should be fine. I would not walk on the roof until the roof is repaired.
