Well Inspections

Well inspections are needed when someone is buying a home with a well. We check the wiring to make sure it safe. We check the pump in on the surface. The pressure tank is inspected to make sure that it is not water longed and needs more air in the tank. If this is the case, the pump will cut on and off constantly until it burns up the pump. The well house is inspected and we check to see if insulation is in the well house. We also check for leaks in the well house. Septic inspections

Septic inspections are very important if you're buying a home with a septic tank. Having a septic inspection will let you know where the septic tank is and how it is working.
